After graduating from law school, Diane spent three years as a law clerk at the New York Court of Appeals, first as a Court Attorney, then as Principal Law Clerk to the Hon. Richard D. Simons. She joined the firm in 1995, becoming a partner in 2001. Diane practices primarily in the areas of appellate practice, both state and federal, complex civil litigation, civil rights, and criminal defense.
Diane is a member of the Advisory Board of Lakeview Mental Health Services and the Advisory Board on Indigent Representation of Tompkins County.
