Martin A. Luster, Of Counsel
Marty Luster (New York University School of Law, 1966) practiced law in New York City for ten years before he and his family moved to Trumansburg, New York in 1976. Establishing a solo practice, Marty was soon joined by Jim Salk to establish Luster and Salk, which later grew to become Luster, Salk, Henry and Tischler. Marty specialized in criminal and civil litigation and, in 1988, was elected to the New York State Assembly, where he served for 14 years.
Luster served as Ithaca City Attorney for two years and, upon his retirement in December 2005, became of counsel to the firm.
