Patricia M. O’RourkeTrish graduated in 2002 from the College of Holy Cross, where she majored in history and philosophy and was a member of Phi Alpha Theta. She earned her law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2005. While in law school, Trish served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Connecticut Journal of International Law; she was also an active member of the Public Interest Law Group. After graduation, Trish spent two years clerking for the Honorable Gary L. Sharpe, United States District Judge for the Northern District of New York. She joined the firm in September 2007, and mainly practices in the areas of civil litigation (both federal and state), appellate practice and civil rights. She is a member of the New York State and Tompkins County Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in New York State.

Trish is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern and Western Districts of New York and is a member of the Tompkins County Bar Association and Finger Lakes Women’s Bar Association. She is also a member of the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
