Laurie joined the firm in 1999. Her 40-year career as a registered nurse in the Finger Lakes region and extensive medical knowledge help make her an indispensable asset in personal injury, medical malpractice, and criminal defense practices. Laurie obtains, reviews, and interprets pertinent medical records, helping Ray build his most complex cases. She also handles all of Ray's scheduling, including new client intake interviews. She will often screen potential clients to determine which attorney would be best suited to meet with that client.

Laurie has lived in the Tompkins County area since the late 1970s. Before joining the firm, she worked in a number of local hospitals and with various home health care organizations and nursing home facilities.
